As a Christian artist or organization who has gone to the trouble and expense of producing a CD, you know how hard it can be to find channels of distribution. His Music Place, LLC could be the answer to your prayers.
Our mission and purpose is to further your ministry
by selling your products for you. You focus on making the music God
tells you to, we will get it into the hands of the people who need to
hear it. You set the price for your products, and
we charge a $4 commission on each unit sold. Once your account is set up, we will send you a monthly check
with the proceeds from sales of your products.

Choose a marketing option that fits your needs.
Option #2 - We Prepare Packaging, You Ship
Option #2 is for artists who want to ship direct to customers,
but either do not have an adequate printer (see the description of
Option #3 below), do not want to send us inventory or do not want to
hassle with shipping, packaging and postage. We send you an invoice and
pre-addressed, postage-paid packaging for each customer who buys your
products. All you do is stuff the package with the appropriate
products and drop off the package at a UPS drop box or office.
We pay the postage charges directly to UPS, and we will pay you the
proceeds from the sale either when we confirm delivery to the customer (usually
by our standard follow-up e-mail), or when you provide us with a UPS
tracking number that evidences delivery to the customer. There is a $50
setup charge associated with this plan, and you pay the shipping cost
incurred when we send you the empty packaging.
Artists must demonstrate an ability to fill orders within 48 hours of receipt
of packaging, and we reserve the right to pull a product from the site
if an artist cannot demonstrate an ability to deliver product or does not
promptly respond to inquiries from us (goes on tour, spends three weeks in
studio 24 hours/day, etc.). It is our commitment to customers to
ensure that they get a good quality product in the time period we promise
and we intend to fulfill that commitment. To sign up for this plan, complete our Online Artist Application below.
A distribution agreement will be generated for you to print,
sign, and return to us with the appropriate setup fee and one unit of each product for
scanning and sampling.
Option #3 - Artist Ships Direct
This option is only for artists or record companies with an established
shipping mechanism in place, or who can demonstrate a well organized and
efficient shipping plan. Persons must have a quality printer, such as a
laserjet or inkjet printer that prints in black ink at 300 dpi or above,
access to e-mail (that is checked at least daily), and a supply of
packaging materials and product sufficient to meet projected demand. We will
notify you of orders by e-mail and send you the customer's invoice as an attachment.
You will be responsible for printing the invoice, packing and shipping the products as indicated on the invoice.
We will forward the proceeds from each sale and the shipping and handling fees
weve collected to you when we receive confirmation from the customer
that the product was received, or when you supply us with a tracking number or
other proof of delivery. Customers will randomly be sent an e-mail survey
of their satisfaction with their purchasing experience which will ask them
to confirm that (1) they received a printed His Music Place invoice with their order,
(2) the product was in good condition, and (3) the packaging was presentable when sent. We reserve
the right to pull a product from the site if an artist (or record company) cannot
demonstrate an ability to deliver product or does not promptly respond to inquiries
from us. There is a $50 setup fee per product associated with this plan. To sign up, complete our

Website Appearance/Design
Basic Plan
All shipping options above include our Basic Plan for Website Presence. Through
your listing with us, we provide you with a basic internet presence including an
artist picture, brief description of the artist, and a link to the artist's home
page (if any). It also includes a graphic of the project artwork for each
project listed, three sound samples from each project, and a brief description of
the project. You can also choose from one of the following additional features to
add to your basic plan:
Standard Plan - Itinerary Page
An additional itinerary/profile for each artist is also available. The
page would be a link from the standard Artist Information page on the site
for every artist, and could contain a detailed history of the artist,
statement of faith, description of ministry, discography, concert itinerary
and booking information. The page is a standard format for all artists (not a
custom page), but the text and titles are written by the artist. Artists can
update the content twice per year without charge, or additional times for
a fee. A complete re-write or reorganization will incur a new setup fee.
This plan carries a one time setup fee of $100.00.
Preferred Plan - Custom Website
If an itinerary page just isn't enough, we can design a full custom website
to your specifications. The base setup fee is $250 per page, and may be more depending
on what you want. Contact us for a quote.
Production
In addition to the core services we provide, we have access to providers of production and recording services. By taking advantage of our industry
relationships and volume ordering, we can help you
produce a high quality product at a very competitive price.
We also have relationships with Christian recording labels, who are always looking for the next big hit. Large volume sales on our site can be a strong indication that your music is ready for wide-scale distribution.
